The phrase 'time is on my side' may be OK in a song, but it's a precious commodity in business - one that is fleeting and can never be recovered if lost. Besides, another popular phrase is 'time is money'.  When it comes to project management, time is one of the crucial items to be managed.  Without proper time management at all levels most projects are doomed.

We pride ourselves on being flexible with project tasks.  We fully understand that the path from the start of a project to the end isn't a straight line.  Still, projects have to be delivered on time and on budget.  The secret is simple: good communications.

Network Implementation

The task was to implement a four server environment, controlling over 100 clients. Internet access and e-mail services had to be implemented at the same time, but security was paramount.  Adding to the complexity was that the entire project had to be completed within a specific time window of five business days.

Interface two systems from incompatible vendors

This would be a daunting task in the best of circumstances.  The job was made mode difficult due to the un-cooperative nature of one of the software providers.  The solution was to create a 'bridge' program that didn't modify either vendor's application thereby providing a lower cost of support over time.
